We love this clinic i myself go and my kids they are always so nice and welcoming the nurses are the sweetest and always take good care of my kids. Always have a nice smile and friendly welcome to make my kids feel more comfortable. Our doctor is the best she is very understanding and always goes above and beyond for us. Thank you❤️
My mom lives in Muleshoe, it’s about an hr drive to Hereford, she got there 5 minutes before closing, just to drop off some samples they requested from her, only to find the doors blocked. She called the clinic, and they told her “everyone had already left”…My mom told them, she was only needing to drop off some samples, and told them how far she lives, and they told her to come back Monday, as if she lives right around the corner. This place is awful and very unprofessional!!!!!And I don’t recommend to anybody. Every time I do my part and schedule my children’s appt in advance and make sure everything is good to go. The secretary up front always finds a way to make it to were we can’t be seen. Even though I set my appt in advance I have my insurance card and ID everything I need I have and there is always something. Then they act like they are too busy or to incompetent to get any basic little information they need. Then I had my daughters appt at 104... read more
Dental secretary was amazing and super polite. They also have options for non insurance holders which is great. Dentist we saw barley even took time to look at him. He had a fever when we went in and she insisted we pull the teeth and not treat for infection. We ended up going somewhere else and got him treated for the infection he clearly had from the start. All she cared about was pulling the teeth not about his health or how it all tied together.
