Sussex west manager is terrible, nobody never answers the phone. They can reach out when they want to complain about something though but you can never communicate with them.
RHM’s reputation for zero communication is well-earned. I’ve reported a ceiling leak since July, and the only “repair” done was cutting a hole in the ceiling and walking away. Photo attached shows the state of my apartment months later. Despite multiple follow-up emails, management has not responded or resolved the issue. Reading other tenants’ reviews about deposits never refunded, application fees not returned, pest problems ignored. Lived at 6900 Lofts- can not get anyone on the phone- delays in maintenance and extermination requests- huge roach problem.
