I’ve bought a few things from Rhino through Amazon and just learned there is a store minutes from my office. Stopped by to see if I could purchase an HD shackle to match the two I bought for the front of my sprinter. They were happy to help. Found a spare one that matched mine and refused to take payment for it. Fantastic customer service! I will certainly be a customer for life!
I bought some of your products online and chose the "do not email me about offers and sales" option during checkout. And have received two advertisements this week already. Respect everyone's privacy and follow what they decide. Will not recommend to others.

Ordered a set of 4 of the 1” retractable straps and love them. Had one that just didn’t want to act just right (things happen). Figured I’d give them a call, I had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Joe on the phone and with just a few simple questions to verify purchase, he got me a replacement out and even set up my lifetime warranty. Hands down great products and even better customer service. Ordering the 4” now for larger trailer. Customer for life.
I stopped by in the new shop before they had their store front established, which I was fine with. I was swarmed with three knowledgeable, friendly, and experienced gentlemen to help me with my recovery questions and needs.
