Recently purchased the 6 inch drop hitch. Love the way it looked. Locking pins are awesome. After pulling an empty trailer, it developed some pretty serious gouges where it goes into the receiver. Called customer service about it. They said it is only cosmetic and normal, yet the gouges are sharp. I asked if I could return it due to being dissatisfied. They said no, they do not return used equipment. Would not recommend not only this hitch but any aluminum hitch that might do this. Sticking with steel and staying safe.
Used the strap 1 time and it broke sent them a photo they gave me a new one for free.Great lifetime warranty.thank you.
I love my new trailler lock. Very happy to have many spare key. And, I admit, I bought it for the free stickers 🤷♂️😅
Low quality, soft aluminum. Does not adjust properly after one month of use. I missed the return window on Amazon by just a few days, and warranty department would not replace it. They advertise lifetime hassle free warranty, and that is simply not true. The rep that I spoke with only offered me a 20% off promo code to buy another one. I am very disappointed with this purchase, and do not recommend.
Great little store front. My retractable ratchets rock
