I have had great customer service working with Jarrod and Joe about receiving my Rhino replacement straps. I use them daily on my equipment and they make the whole process faster when strapping down equipment. Rhino USA carriers a lifetime warranty on there product. That's why I went with these guys. I’ve bought a few things from Rhino through Amazon and just learned there is a store minutes from my office. Stopped by to see if I could purchase an HD shackle to match the two I bought for the front of my sprinter. They were happy to help. Found a spare one that matched mine and refused to take payment for it. Fantastic customer service! I will certainly be a customer for life!
