had 2. 2in straps that wouldn't retract. contacted rhino warranty dept.had replacement straps in few days.would definitely recommend rhino usa.top notch customer service.thank you rhino usa.
I have had great customer service working with Jarrod and Joe about receiving my Rhino replacement straps.
