Good storage place.
Worst experience with a storage unit. In the 3 years there, we've had the gas tank cut out of our boat and our cargo trailer stolen. We're out hundreds for the replacement costs of damages and tow fees. Getting answers on the surveillance has been a nightmare. They allow online booking, so people with stolen credit cards can register for spots online with fake names and have 24 hour access to the lot via code. Would recommend somewhere in a residential area over Rhino in Dunmore.
They do not answer there phones there online service is terrible. Best to look for other options in the city.
Absolute frustration. They say 24 hour access and now my truck is stuck inside the gates. Message says “area closed” “no late exit” called the # and no answer after multiple attempts. Happy to change my review if the problem actually gets solved but $170 a month for no 24 hour access is a joke. It’s only 8:50pm not like it is 2 am. So happy to say the emergency line helped us out. Changed review but not sure why it is not 24 hours access.
