Jude was extremely helpful in creating an account for me. He explained policies and procedures. The storage units are clean.
We love our storage unit! The buildings are so clean and we have had no issues at all. We are considering getting a second unit soon as well!
Sheds are nice and very clean. I appreciate that I can call and request a shed and get immediate access to it. My biggest complaint is having to download apps and then so does my husband to share entry. I didn’t understand the method and had to get my daughter to do it. Very frustrating indeed.
