Overall great service, had my household goods stored with Rhino for two years. Once I moved back and got my items a bit dusty, but after all we're in El Paso. I was pleased with no infestation of any kind or damage. Thank you for all your hard work and keeping the place clean. Would recommend to anyone needing a storage facility.

The manager gave me a hell of a deal on the unit and gave me a free lock. The staff has a great attitude and I feel my property will be safe here. I will update the review, after I am done storing here.

Avoid this place when storing – This place really dropped the ball for me. I would not recommend them to anyone since they do not keep their word and have no qualms about screwing over potential customers. I went in this this last Thursday to rent a unit and was told that a unit would be available on Saturday, today, and that I should stop in again on Saturday to fill out the paperwork.
