They stood behind their work beyond their obligation. Fixed an issue promptly and efficiently years after the installation. Came through when it meant a lot.
Bill McDavid has been prompt at responses. He and his crew readily answered any questions I had and also finished putting a new roof within a day. Bill also walked me through what to expect and gave updates before, during, and after the roof installation.
Bill and his team did a great job on our roof it looks so good and they are very knowledgeable about the craft and industry. Used the best materials and the price was actually affordable and didnt have negative shock factor when we first saw it. Bill provided information about our past roof and its issues so we knew what to do moving forward. Heather with rhino roofing was so helpful and great to work with. They were able to repair my roof very quickly after we discovered a few leaks at a very fair price and did a great job! Would highly recommend.
