Ryan runs an exceptional business and employs professional, friendly and skilled staff. Whilst renovating a property in Stapleford I drilled through a central heating pipe, needed a radiator changing at short notice, help repairing a leaking toilet (1 hour before the floor was to be screeded) and I made a right mess fitting the kitchen sink. Called this branch to enquire about something, the attitude from the guy who answered was disgusting. God help those customers that have to deal with that sorry excuse of a man!!
Our boiler broke on a bank holiday weekend and Rhino plumbing came to our rescue. They came out straight away and saw what the problem was. A new part was needed and fitted as soon as he got it. Thank you Rhino for being so helpful when no one else wanted to know.
