Justin and his team provided exceptional customer service, Justin gave us an in-depth explanation of the process from start to finish including how long it would take, answered all of our questions. Super nice guys to deal with. I needed my new Dodge RAM replacement tailgate recoated with liner but everyone I contacted was weeks out, booked solid. Triad Rhino Linings had an early opening so I took an early morning ride to High Point, dropped off the tailgate and then went for breakfast, a fuel top-off and found a nice place to hangout in the shade. When I went back it was finished. They even loaded it for me. Genuinely good folks are rare to find these days.
Triad Rhino Lining and Justin were incredible to work with. The scheduling process was easy, and Justin was great with communication. Plus, the lining on my F-150 turned out great. I'd highly recommend Triad Rhino Lining.
