I like the product but obtaining warranty service is a fraud. I had lining applied in 2004. Kept the original receipt. Still own the truck. Asked for warranty service online. I was told to contact Nathan in San Marcos, CA. Nathan told me to contact "Sam" in El Cajon. Sam told me to bring it in. I did, about four weeks ago. Sam said he would contact me, He didn't. When I call Nathan he tells me Sam from El Cajon will call me. Twice. NOPE. AIN'T HAPPENING. Still waiting. Not a very favorable experience. Karma is piling up.
