I tow a 12k lb food trailer daily, over 25k miles per year. These hitches are the real deal, heavy duty, easily adjustable to ensure a level trailer every time and extremely durable. Purchased mine 3 years ago and the guys back up their product and will do what they can to make sure your happy with the purchase.
Incredible staff to work with through the selection and ordering process in addition to an amazing product that works as described and designed!! I love this Hitch I think it’s the best on the market I had all the other ones like the B&w n weight safe n the Rhino hitch is on another level
The hitch itself is great easy to Use. However it started rusting after 1 week outside. I called to ask if this is normal and was told I should have bought the stainless steel upgrade for $50 at the time of order and that it’s $80 after the fact. Pretty bummed out I spent all this money on a hitch and it’s already rusting after a week. Which just means it shouldn’t even be an option between stainless and not if it rusts so Quick which lead to a bad experience for the customer.
