Incredible staff to work with through the selection and ordering process in addition to an amazing product that works as described and designed!! I love this Hitch I think it’s the best on the market I had all the other ones like the B&w n weight safe n the Rhino hitch is on another level
The hitch itself is great easy to Use. However it started rusting after 1 week outside. I called to ask if this is normal and was told I should have bought the stainless steel upgrade for $50 at the time of order and that it’s $80 after the fact. Pretty bummed out I spent all this money on a hitch and it’s already rusting after a week. Which just means it shouldn’t even be an option between stainless and not if it rusts so Quick which lead to a bad experience for the customer. I wish they would’ve offered me a better solutio... read more
