I anticipated a straightforward AC installation and that's exactly what I got, with the technician finishing in about three hours while explaining each step of the process. The unit has been running smoothly since, much quieter than our previous one.
Installed efficiently, system works well.
Fixed the issue in record time.
I was quoted a competitive rate for the diagnostic visit, and they quickly identified a faulty capacitor as the source of my A/C issues. The technician replaced it efficiently, with the entire process taking just under an hour.
The repair took a little over an hour, which seemed appropriate given that they had to replace a faulty capacitor and check the rest of the system. It's been a week since their visit, and the AC has been running smoothly without any further issues.
