Don’t know what everyone is on about, but I couldn’t be happier with my exhaust. Got the 4 inch side dump 79. Everything lined up beautifully, just plug and play really. The only downside was metrostate courier didn’t really update the tracking. Spoke to Rhino exhaust on email and they acted quick and updated me. Very happy about my purchase.
I’m extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the level of customer service I’ve received. The exhaust does not align with the factory mounting points, the dump pipe hardware cannot be fitted correctly due to clearance issues, and sections of the system are making contact with the chassis. Absolutely useless. Rang to ask about the system when all I got was an arrogant response to everything.. to return it it'll cost full price shipping and 25% restocking fee... Absolutely ridiculous Crap product and workmanship
Do not recommend this company. Terrible to deal with. Purchased a product, it arrived damaged from transit, was then charged for freight both ways, not at the flat fee rate as advertised on their website and also a restocking fee when requested a refund. They took nearly $300 of my son’s money. Absolutely disgusting!
