I’ve been dealing with Rhino for about three years now and every time I need help with my machine they are on top of it. I can’t say enough about their quality of service and employees.
If you want the run around, this is the shop to call. They’ll answer you quickly and make everything sounds great, then show up less than prepared and have excuses as to why they’re unable to address your issue, yet still invoice you for their lack of professionalism. 4 scheduled service appointments and they only showed up the initial time. A month of wasted time, being given the run around. Id avoid this place if time is valuable to you.
This company are scam Artists got my forklift picked up 3 months ago they gave me a almost 10,000 dollar quote to fix it and when I said no that’s obscene please just return it they tried to charge me 2500 DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
