Earlier this year, we hired Rhino Contracting, LLC for a rear patio job on my parents' home. They took the job in mid March and said it would be done April 20th. We accepted and they asked to be paid thousands of dollars up front. Long story short, it's now the end of July and the job is still not completed. At first, I assumed it was the typical 'bid a job, promise a completion date, end up running a week or two past' no big deal. I get it.. I've worked in construction before. I know how it works.
