Awful experience. I scheduled an appointment nearly 3 months out for a blower/motor replacement. The crew showed up with a work order to sweep my chimney which was NOT what I scheduled the appointment for, in fact this was never even discussed in my phone call. When I scheduled the appointment I went over in GREAT detail what my situation was and what exactly I needed. Two gentlemen showed up, one was friendly and the other was incredibly rude. After waiting about 2 months for serviceman to come, the tech said he couldn’t clean my chimney. He said I wasted his time- I took off work for this service. He was rude and didn’t provide any advice to remedy my issue. I would not recommend this company.
Do not use them they came out to my house last Thursday to look at my fire place then they said they couldnt clean it do to the kind of fire place it and then they took a flashlight and look up it and then charge me 139 dollars for them to use a flashlight and tell me they couldnt clean it they are money suckers
