They removed an old tub/shower and installed a new one. Unfortunately, they did not properly support the underside of the tub, so it sags when it is filled with water. The sagging rips apart the bond with the sealant. It cracked after the first use. I discovered that they didn't use the factory recommended adhesive. They tried to fix it by just adding more adhesive, but I showed them why that didn't work and they REFUSED to fix it. Then ghosted me. Itay was my contact. We used Rhino Builders for an addition to create a larger family room. Shay was excellent to work with and made sure everything ran smoothly. He was responsive, honest, and always helpful when we had questions. The new room looks amazing and has added so much to our home. We are very thankful for their hard work.
After living in our home for years, we finally decided to do a full remodel with Rhino Builders. It was a big project, but they made it feel manageable. They kept us updated the whole time and answered all our questions. The work was done carefully and with a lot of attention to detail. Our home feels completely refreshed now.
Rhino builders remodeled 2 of the bathrooms in my home in Oakland. I do not recommend them them due to issues with quality control, lack of attention to detail, and poor communication during construction. They are all nice people and mean well, but they just don't have the commitment to quality that most people are looking for with a contractor.
