I called the office to request service because my hvac system stopped cooling. I figured it would take several days before Rhino air could come out, but to my surprise Ryan was heading home from another job and my house was on his way. He was at my house in about five minutes from the time i made the call and had my system running and cooling within the hour. Great service and very knowledgeable technician! Five stars from me!
We've had Rhino out to fix our AC unit twice in the several years we've lived here. Both times, he was super polite, professional, and got the job done quickly. Both times, we were able to have it fixed within a day as well. The first time was in the middle of summer, 100+ temperatures. I was sure it would be a week before we could get anyone out. Rhino was amazingly fast and cost effective. Five stars! Would absolutely recommend!!
Great services! They have maintained my HVAC system for 4 years, and when I needed to replace my unit, they did the work and installed a new Trane system. The owner is personable, very knowledgeable, and professional!
I contacted Rhino Air Conditioning and Heating and they were great. Provided quick turnaround time for a service call. Ryan was very friendly and knowledgeable on equipment and service. Very honest and did not try to up-charge or do work that was not necessary. This is my 2nd time to use Rhino and this is my 1st contact for all heating/air needs. I can’t say enough about the service and quality. I highly recommend!
