Scheduled a time frame. Then they were running late. Then they canceled an hour after the scheduled time frame without even offering to reschedule. Waste of time, another day without a/c.

Very impressive service, friendliness, and honesty. He performed a full diagnosis on my AC unit and didn't try and upsell me on anything. Very fair pricing as well.
