I called Rhino to check my ac because I didnt hear or feel any air coming out my vents. Ryan came, went up to my attic and came down. He told me I cut my ac off. I had no idea that switch went to my ac, I thought it was just another light switch that I flipped trying to cut the light in my attic to change my ac filter. I was already stressing about how much it would cost to fix my ac so I really appreciate him being honest and telling me it was something as simple as flipping a switch on for my ac to work. Ryan and his staff were great. It is my first time working with them. They were very responsive and prompt, professional throughout the process, gave very good explanations regarding what he found and options for addressing the problems. It was enough work it needed to be completed over 2 days, and he returned rather quickly to finish the work.
