Since they don't respond to email, I will review them here. I ordered a hard-to-find 12SS hotfix setting tip and had them mail it to me. They charged $7 to ship a tiny metal item. The entire package weighed less than one ounce. They could have used USPS First Class parcel to mail this tiny item to me for under $2, plus maybe another buck for the bubble mailer. Why are they gouging on shipping? Not good.
Very disappointed with their customer service! Kept getting the run around. Our mail carrier delivered my order to someone else and all I got from the company was that it wasn’t their fault and that there was nothing they could really do about it! I have purchased rhinestones from here for the past two years. They have beautiful rhinestones with a vast selection that are reasonably priced. Also, super helpful consultation and advice from Julia Jones to ensure I got the perfect stones, sizes, and colors for each costume.
