Absolutely the BEST experience I’ve ever had! Cannot beat the quality of nails! I was pregnant when I got my first set done and due to having my baby early I wore my first ever set for 8 weeks and they still looked perfect! I get excited when thinking about what design I wanna do next! Heather is absolutely amazing at what she does!

I have never been more impressed with a nail salon before! It started with Heather answering my message, to her talking with me on the phone and working me in her schedule for the next day! I got to the salon and I just kept being impressed! First impression, it is clean, it smells clean and I saw Heather sanitizing tools before and after she used them! today my mom and I went to Timeless Beauty Nail Lounge. she got a her nails and toes done by Heather. when i tell you that she has never loved her nails more! the environment was so welcoming, and lovely. the place was very tidy, and Heather was thoroughly making sure things were cleanly throughout the process. the decorations are so cute, and fun! she had a very unique, and cool set of nail polish colors that she so kindly showed us, and went over, so that my mom could find a nice color that suited her best. we were able to... read more
The first picture is what I asked for, second photo is what I got, third photo is 4 days later my nail popped off. The fourth picture is proof I am not a nail bitter. The problem was not the design but for the price I paid my nails should have lasted longer than 4 days and not popped off. Lack of communication is one of the downsides as well, when asked to fix my clear coat that came off in 2 days, I was told, she would let me know when she got done shopping to do my clear coat, I never heard anything when she got done shopp... read more
