It's a little bit of a weird review. 99% of the staff is friendly and the dentist is knowledgeable as well as actually cares. Unfortunately my daughter broke her tooth in half and after talking to the dentist it is deemed as a dental emergency, and we have to take her to Green Bay (There is closer ones but id rather my kid play with her cousin after surgery) Unfortunately after waiting 3 days like the dentist advised, we called for the Green Bay dental office and we got told by the receptionist that she is allowed to wait 5 ... read more
Dr Novak is great, always get in for an appointment when needed. Much appreciated. Dr novas is gone so that's a bummer.
I'm was a new patient here, arrived 30 minutes early to do the paperwork to be seen. Was pretty happy to be seen to get my teeth fixed. I was very patient on waiting, but when it came down to waiting for TWO HOURS, I got a bit irritated. I asked when id be seen and was told that the ladies who were supposed to check me in and get me to the backroom for a checkup, they took a lunch break instead. I drove an hour for this dentist only to have to reschedule after waiting for two hours!! I will not be coming back.
All I ask is please don't go here ever ..... period
Not friendly toward disabled people. I did my part in getting to my appointment and then was refused service. Had a $26 cab ride for nothing and they didn’t even care.
