I'm was a new patient here, arrived 30 minutes early to do the paperwork to be seen. Was pretty happy to be seen to get my teeth fixed. I was very patient on waiting, but when it came down to waiting for TWO HOURS, I got a bit irritated. I asked when id be seen and was told that the ladies who were supposed to check me in and get me to the backroom for a checkup, they took a lunch break instead. I drove an hour for this dentist only to have to reschedule after waiting for two hours!! I will not be coming back.
All I ask is please don't go here ever ..... period
Not friendly toward disabled people. I did my part in getting to my appointment and then was refused service. Had a $26 cab ride for nothing and they didn’t even care.
Dr Novak is great, always get in for an appointment when needed. Much appreciated
Doesn’t answer the phone ever and when they do it’s a horrible receptionist i don’t know who hires these people, extremely rude.
