Very efficient delivery and impeccable communication with customer service.
They have a great team! Not only they had everything we needed for our special day, Blanca, Jeronimo and team provided outstanding professional service from start to finish. We're so grateful for their advice and expertise to make our day a success. I would recommend this team anytime for your event. Thank you!
We rented plates and glassware from Rhinebeck for our daughter's Catskills wedding, and everything was absolutely beautiful. The team was wonderfully accommodating — coordinating drop-off and pick-up within the venue’s required time windows without issue. Blanca and Jeronimo were especially helpful, adjusting our order as our guest count evolved and happily accommodating special requests. Highly recommend!
