We rented plates and glassware from Rhinebeck for our daughter's Catskills wedding, and everything was absolutely beautiful. The team was wonderfully accommodating — coordinating drop-off and pick-up within the venue’s required time windows without issue. Blanca and Jeronimo were especially helpful, adjusting our order as our guest count evolved and happily accommodating special requests. Highly recommend!
Might recommend for a pop up shop or a casual family gathering. For a wedding, not so much. Equipment (i.e tents & chairs) was weathered and not cleaned very well. Prices were on the lower end of the spectrum and service reflected so. This company outsources certain services such as tablecloths and is unable to coordinate changes with under 10 days notice, then unwilling to absorb unnecessary costs brought on by their decision to outsource.
