Very friendly and professional team. I did not see the doctor for glasses but for another eye related issue. He was knowledgeable and helpful.
They are disrespectful and dismissive. Terrible communication with patients. When I made the appointment I took time to confirm that they accepted my particular insurance and they assured me that they did. I needed this eye exam for my employer and so I made my appointment a month ago. I was surprised and very disappointed when their office called me today to leave a voicemail to say they do not accept my insurance and gave me the option to pay out of pocket. I have had my eyes examined and purchased glasses as well at Hudson Vision Source. Very thorough, honest, and helpful!
I have been wearing glasses for quite some time, going back to the fifties. The pair of glasses I got from the very kind and dedicated folks at Hudson vision Source are the absolute best I have had the pleasure of wearing. Everyone here made me feel well taken care of. My advice to anyone needing eyecare is pay a visit to Hudson vision.
Never again am i going to these guys, the expierence was horrible. They tried to charge me almost $1000 for 3 pairs of glasses and not checking my eye coverage plan, there was a very small selection of frames and all of the frames were over $150 as the cheapest pair. The receptionist was rude along with the blond lady after i found out that they were trying to screw me over they were even more rude.
