Absolutely worst experience multiple times. I was told my horse had navicular and he might not make it in his initial visit. 5k and a blurry X-ray that I was told was negligent to diagnose off of when I went to another hospital. Turns out my horse does not have navicular and a slighty off coffin bone and requires shoes. I spent 6 months thinking my horse had a degenerative disease. Dr. Holly is dangerous to have diagnosing. Highly recommend Saratoga its worth the drive. I feel so sad for all the horses going through here.
We had to bring our horse here for emergency care under very stressful circumstances (we came from eastern ct in the middle of the night due to capacity issues at Tufts), but they were terrific and very caring. Fees very reasonable for emergency care as well. Our girl is back here with us and we’re so glad rhinebeck was here for us.

Dr Holley and the staff at Rhinebeck could not have been more caring and supportive during my horse's recent admission for a serious illness. Though the outcome was not what I wished, Dr Holley was the epitome of kindness and sympathy. I would highly recommend them.
Wow, these folks are AMAZING. They helped my horse get through a scary colic episode and every single person (front desk, vets, techs, etc.) I interacted with was extremely kind, professional, friendly and helpful. They made an awful week infinitely better and got my horse healthy! I am truly deeply grateful to them for their help.
