I would highly recommend them. I have traveled to the San Antonio area and have had my vehicle serviced during my visit. Sadly, we do not have a place in our hometown that we can take our BMW to unless we travel out of state. I trust Rhine West and have a tech that we trust completely. He is honest and thorough.

They know their stuff! – Rhine West was recommended to me by a local GMC dealership where I take my husband's vehicle. I'm glad I took their recommendation. I have had my BMW to Rhine West twice in the last year for service. They have done an excellent job diagnosing the problem. They quickly repaired my vehicle both times, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone with an out-of-warranty BMW.

Cannot recommend Rhine West – We took my daughter's 2001 300-series BMW there because of a check-engine light. A week and over $1200 later, the problem was supposedly fixed. Four days later, the check engine light came on again and the car wasn't running properly. We brought it back and were told it would be another $830 to fix it again, which took another two weeks. They missed the problem the first time, and their mistake cost me over $2000 (which I cannot readily afford).
