I tried to contact this funeral home for assistance and they just hung up on me, twice. I had an organ removed and the only way that I could get it back would be if the hospital that removed it released it to a funeral home. I called Rhiel to try and ask if they would be willing to assist me with this, the first time I tried to explain my situation there was a long silence and then a disconnect.
