At first my impression was a positive one. I saw Dr. Olga Kromo and she assessed my condition and after that I only saw her assistant Sophia Hendricks which was nice enough and my plan was on the way. Recently Mrs. Sophia has gone on maternity and I saw another assistant and in my visit it seemed all was the same , No changes spoken about in my treatment. Amazing staff but the only thing is the parking is horrible
I've never been Such disrespect from a clinic before, My appointment was at 9:10 AM I arrived there on time and was checked in by the nurse at 9:15. I said in the Exam room for more than an hour and 15 minutes Until I had to leave for our appointment. No one saw me at this time-I just wasted a few hours of my day, waiting for a Doctor Who never showed up.
