Everyone at this facility is extremely nice. The Doctor takes her time and thoroughly goes over everything. You don’t feel rushed in any way, which gives you time to address any concerns.
Dr Otalora is simply the best rheumatologist! I have been to a few over the years living in the northeast prior to my move to Florida. The specialty is always difficult to be seen and inundated with patients which can reduce your time with the doctor. Dr Otalora spends the necessary time with you to help diagnose and also treat your condition. I highly recommend Dr Otalora as a Rheumatologist. I have been her patient since the beginning of her private practice in St Augustine. I truly appreciate her expertise in diagnosing and managing a wide range of rheumatic diseases and her ability to bring in other specialties, outside Rheumatology, as needed.
