Have seen Dr. Quan for years. He is extremely knowledgeable and competent. Doctor and staff are caring and welcoming.
Dr. Quan is an excellent doctor — very helpful, positive, and genuinely kind. He’s supportive and really takes the time to understand me, which means a lot. He’s helping me work on weight management through hypnosis, and at the same time he’s a first‑class rheumatologist. He’s truly skilled at what he does. His staff is great too — young, mature, upbeat people who create a welcoming environment. The whole office has a very nice vibe, and I always feel comfortable and well cared for when I’m there.
The advice given here was deeply disturbing and highly unprofessional. I came in with a clear, severe post-surgical flare and a documented history of JIA, but because I was not identified with a new rheumatological disease, I was completely dismissed. Dr. Quan warned me not to trust Western medicine and to not see another doctor because I “won’t find what I’m looking for, and that I need to fix my “stress” to resolve my symptoms.
