Dr Quan is an excellent doctor. When I started with him, my RA was out of control due to a situation at a different office whereby I was told that my insurance would not cover Infusion Therapy which I so desperately needed. He got it in less than a month and is so thorough and conscientious with my care. I now have hope to continue getting better.
The only rheumatologist office that actually listened to me and my symptoms.
Always a pleasant atmosphere no matter the issue.
Scheduled an appointment in May for July, show up in July and they say my appointment is in October (mind you I KNOW I scheduled it correctly because the appointment was at 9:40am specifically). In that time I lost my job bc I couldn't be physically active, and got a new job after MONTHS that has no physical involvement but conflicts with the October appointment. So I'm rescheduled for mid November. I'll update this if they're worth the 7 month wait.
