Everyone is great, staff, PAs and doctors but paying your bill is challenging. Need to implement on-line bill paying asap.
Dr. Quan is wonderful and listens. David, the nurse, and the folks at the check-in and check-out are also wonderful. Dr. Quan is thorough in his exams and I find him to be a highly competent doctor.
Dr Quan is an excellent doctor. When I started with him, my RA was out of control due to a situation at a different office whereby I was told that my insurance would not cover Infusion Therapy which I so desperately needed. He got it in less than a month and is so thorough and conscientious with my care. I now have hope to continue getting better.
The only rheumatologist office that actually listened to me and my symptoms.
Always a pleasant atmosphere no matter the issue.
