I havent even got to see a Dr. yet. The office phone system is terrible!! Monday morning at 10:30 and the answering machine is still on!! Hope they get the message I left, they are not making a good first impression at all!!

Contacted to inquire about assistance with a condition. Unfortunately, the conversation was absolutely disrespectful and rude, which would prevent me from booking an appointment. I am unsure of the gentleman's name, but I wish you luck if you decide to proceed, as the initial presentation and experience were subpar in my case, with a simple phone call being a horrible start.

The doctors may be good but the office staff is horrible and never return phone calls! On several occasions I have left 3-4 messages for different departments but never get a call back…poor customer service!! They also have a patient portal that nobody monitors nor responds to. I have made two separate message attempts on different occasions and have never gotten any response from them!! Why bother to have a portal if no one bothers to monitor it and respond to your concerns?!?

I’ve been waiting 4 weeks to get a call for an appointment. Called today to be told that my doctors office hadn’t done the referral but I had already talked to my doctors office previously and they said that Rheumatology Solutions had already called and inquired about my insurance so I KNOW that had received my referral. My doctor’s office resent my referral.
