I was a patient of record, of Dr. Hoffman's for about 6 months. He is one of the worst doctors I have ever encountered. After the first round of tests he ran were inconclusive, he decided I was just lacking sleep and needed to take some extra supplements. When I tried to explain my incapacitating symptoms further, in hopes he would understand that this pain was caused by something more than sleep deprivation, he yelled at me. I wish I could give this place ZERO stars because even that is too kind. The appointment coordinator Gerry is the rudest and unprofessional person in this type of environment I have ever encountered. These 5 star reviews are suspect. This place appears to be discriminating and they have unwritten policies. If you ask to see them, they’ll say, “well we don’t have it written but that’s just what our policy is”. My dad saw Dr. Hoffman today and he was the worst doctor we have ever seen. He 45 minutes late and when he finally comes in he doesn't allow me to ask questions. Then he tells my dad he will do an X-Ray and come back in 2 months. I asked what should he do until then he says just take Tylenol. I said but what if he falls he said our 15 minute visit was up and unless I have $1000 to give him I wasn't allowed to ask any more questions. I AM LIVID!!!! I show up with my new insurance card as a new patient and they cancel my appointment in front of me because I didnt call them the second they opened with my info. None of the information I was given said I had to give them my info prior. They were closed the day they called me with the reminder and I have been working nightshift. I drove super far to get here.
