My dad saw Dr. Hoffman today and he was the worst doctor we have ever seen. He 45 minutes late and when he finally comes in he doesn't allow me to ask questions. Then he tells my dad he will do an X-Ray and come back in 2 months. I asked what should he do until then he says just take Tylenol. I said but what if he falls he said our 15 minute visit was up and unless I have $1000 to give him I wasn't allowed to ask any more questions. I AM LIVID!!!! I show up with my new insurance card as a new patient and they cancel my appointment in front of me because I didnt call them the second they opened with my info. None of the information I was given said I had to give them my info prior. They were closed the day they called me with the reminder and I have been working nightshift. I drove super far to get here. Dr Feinstein and NP Felicia are professional and kind. Staff is great!! Dr Feinstein truly cares about his patients. He is a blessing in my life. Please avoid Dr. Kenneth DeRosier. He is rude and unprofessional. He yelled at me for no reason. Worse, in front of my child.
The doctors may be good but the office staff is horrible and never return phone calls! On several occasions I have left 3-4 messages for different departments but never get a call back…poor customer service!!
The medical record staff lady is rude and tells me i am not doing my job and i have also not done my lab work, She also had once told me that i need to keep up with my self better which is not right, she does not know what i have or i am dealing with, The lady over the phone for the medical record is rude and needs her attitude check when she talks to people, Or at least have training on how she responds to people with certain things their dealing with, I hope the issue gets resolved soon.
