I’ve been trying to get a biologic approved for months at this point. I call multiple times a week and no one ever answers or returns my voicemails. The one time I’ve actually been able to speak to someone they confirm that they have sent my authorization request to my insurance. I waited around two weeks and then called my insurance company for an update and they inform me that they have no record of an authorization. Incredible lazy and rude! Would not recommend this doctor to anyone! She looks like she leaves work everyday and goes goes home and drinks 2 bottles of wine! NO THANK YOU
The reception staff are incredibly rude and unhelpful. Do they forget they’re dealing with people with health issues? Why would you work a job like that if you are going to be so horrible? Completely not worth the time to try to get an appointment and would not trust them for a second after my experience. Extremely poor and would not recommend at all.
Dr, Kovalow - St. John is the most amazing RA specialist. Her bedside manner is outstanding, she is kind, caring and makes sure you understand all your results and recommendations. I would highly recommend her!!! Breath of fresh air I have not seen with my previous doctors or specialist.
