The reception staff are incredibly rude and unhelpful. Do they forget they’re dealing with people with health issues? Why would you work a job like that if you are going to be so horrible? Completely not worth the time to try to get an appointment and would not trust them for a second after my experience. Extremely poor and would not recommend at all.
Dr, Kovalow - St. John is the most amazing RA specialist. Her bedside manner is outstanding, she is kind, caring and makes sure you understand all your results and recommendations. I would highly recommend her!!! Breath of fresh air I have not seen with my previous doctors or specialist.
I have never felt so comfortable with a specialist. Dr. Kovalow St John is incredible! Thorough and efficient office personnel, friendly but professional. Dr. Kovalow St John herself is thorough, but in an easy conversing manner, not a clinically detached mode. I appreciated sense of humour too, and timeliness of my appt. She spent 20 minutes with me, I felt thoroughly informed and supported when advised of tx plan. Her follow up staff was incredible too.
