I received a referral to a rheumatologist at this business. It's been alright for the most part. Although I feel like their appointment system could be better. Often times I arrive for my appointment and get chastised for not confirming the appointment. Most recently I was placed on a cancelation list and was not informed that they moved my appointment up until the day before. No call to confirm if this was ok. I do work and that was a bit inconvenient to shuffle with no notice.

Wait times are ridiculous. Even after you make an appointment and you are on time, they make you sit for over an hour. They don't respect the other people's time.
