Dr. Boatright is one of the smartest, kindest and most competent physicians one could ever hope to find. He exemplifies every quality you could wish for in a physician. Unfortunately, his office staff, are in great need of improvement. Their communication skills, patient rapport, and appointment/scheduling procedures are poor.
