My first time at this medical practice and in a way I’m glad i didn’t get to see the doctor. I don’t want to become a patient at a practice where STAFF are so RUDE! I had the unfortunate experience of booking an appointment here and on the day of my appointment I was stuck behind a car accident that made my planned arrival of 20 minutes early into 20 minutes late. I called the office to let them know but when I arrived they refused to see me. Listen, I get it. Offices are busy and this place booked out a month. Was referred to Alexander Martin by my PCP for positive autoimmune with painful muscle symptoms. First words from the Dr. I waited 6 weeks to see, "why are you here?" He told me he had no records, although the PCP office assured me they were sent. He had a brief conversation with me, told me what he thought I had (inflammatory back disease), and ordered the same tests I had 6 weeks prior-blood work and spinal xrays- which I promptly did.
