I have been a patient here for a long time. Love the two doctors i have had, they were excellent. The problem is the way the administrative staff/hospital does business. the general feeling is "move along, we are too busy for you. you are just a number to them. The doctors seem to care and remember conversations we have had that didn't relate to my medical care per say. they now have a policy where they will change your appointment without notifying you. I have never had a worse doctor's appointment as I had today with Dr. ALEXANDER Martin. And I will be reaching out about this further. He asked me twice why I was there to see him. Once when he first walked in and again after I told him all my symptoms. After the second time I thought maybe I was in the wrong office or something. He then rapid fired questions at me that were yes or no answers. Then tells me verbatim " whatever you are here for could be managed easily by your primary care" . My first time at this medical practice and in a way I’m glad i didn’t get to see the doctor. I don’t want to become a patient at a practice where STAFF are so RUDE! I had the unfortunate experience of booking an appointment here and on the day of my appointment I was stuck behind a car accident that made my planned arrival of 20 minutes early into 20 minutes late. I called the office to let them know but when I arrived they refused to see me. Listen, I get it. Offices are busy and this place booked out a month.
