Great doctor, very compassionate and caring. He listened to all my concerns. He treats you as an individual and not as a number. He really sets the standard of what a specialist should be. Some doctors lack bedside manner. They need to learn from Dr. Kaplan!!!
I've been a patient of Dr. Kaplan for many years now. He is kind, gentle and caring, takes his time and answers all my questions. The young ladies at the nurses station are warm, caring and highly efficient. Dr. Kaplan always makes me feel comfortable and puts me at ease. My only regret is that he's not a primary care (because he would be so good at it). God bless you Dr. Kaplan! In my book you are the sweetest gummy bear!
