I have been waiting for over a month on test results. I have called multiple times and have confirmed that they have received the test results. They received the test results the day after I had them done. But “the doctor hasn’t reviewed them yet”. I feel there is zero sense of urgency at this facility. I just want answers… the doctor was nice and listened but as soon as I left I feel I was forgotten.
Receptionist states, they won't allow a cash paid appointment, was told they require insurance and a referral. Thanks, looks like I go on suffering in silence, hope their karma cathes up to all of them sooner than later.
Do not come here!!! I repeat do not come here!!! I waited over 2 and a half hours to see the doctor… doctor seemed to not give 2 cents that I was there just rushed me in and out because they were behind schedule and to top it off they are trying to bill me twice for the visit!!! Worst doctor office experience in my life!!!
I think Dr. Darley is a great Rheumatologist. He listens to my concerns. The wait is a little long but they work with me doing some of my office visits over telehealth so I don't have to travel so much.
I didn't actually manage to get an appointment here, so I'm not sure how the actual doctors and treatments are. However, for those that are looking to get an appointment here, a referral and positive ANA and ENA panel aren't enough, and they have you do additional labs just to even consider you. It takes about 3-4 weeks for them to review all your labs. They don't call or email to tell you if you've been rejected or not, so I had to call.
