She was the most hateful dismissive Doctor I’ve ever met in my life and she would not listen to me or any of my symptoms. Then she lied about my blood results when I had them myself and she wouldn’t let me show them to her and she said all I had was a case that were not symptoms and she did not even do examination of my body and when I tried to keep talking to her, she literally walked out of the room and I suffered for another almost 2 years when finally it got so bad after my sinuses and a surgeon did a biopsy and removed ... read more
The Drs nurse was awesome & the lady at the front was polite and great. However I requested to see the Dr when I made my appointment, but I seen the PA. The PA wasn't very friendly & needs customer service training. She kept cutting me off & it made me feel like I was wasting my time. Sometimes its hard to open up, but when a professional keeps cutting you off and not really listening it makes things hard.
I don't think I have ever written a review on a provider before, but I believe it's necessary in this case. Keep in mind that I have worked in different healthcare settings before and have more of an insider view of how things should operate and having realistic expectations for offices. I was overall disappointed in this practice for a few reasons.
