I enjoy speaking with the NP. She was kind and professionally and addresses all questions.
I had a good visit, my feedback is that of my appt says Dr. Rosy, I should see the person that I made an appt with, not be blindsided with another practitioner. The Patient’s deserve to know ahead of time and be allowed the opportunity to be notified in advance and makenthat decision. We are also paying customers with needs we need met.
I want to start by saying the staff here are all incredibly nice. My issue is the wait time. I have never had to wait this long at an appointment with any other doctor. My first appointment it was nearly 2 hours past my scheduled appointment time before the doctor saw me. I'm currently in the patient room now, and we are already 1 and 1/2 hours past my scheduled appointment time. I always arrive early. I always prefill out paperwork. Please work on it.
