I want to start by saying that Dr. Hosny himself has been pleasant and professional in my interactions with him, and my concerns are mainly with the clinic’s administrative processes, communication, and follow-through. Unfortunately, my experience with the office has been extremely frustrating. I really appreciate visiting the Infusion Center of Delaware in Wilmington. The nurses are caring, friendly, and always willing to help. They also show great kindness and support to my wife, who has Parkinson’s, when she comes with me.
