I’ve attempted multiple times to schedule a new patient appointment with the Rheumatology Center of New Jersey and have run into nothing but dead ends. I filled out the online appointment request forms, not once, but twice. When I tried calling, the phone system was no better. No matter what option I selected, I was redirected to the same generic menu over and over again , no way to speak to a real person. I am very comfortable with staff and Dr Megid and confident in their diagnosis and treatment!
I visited the office and was seen by Dr. A. Kozicz on September 2nd. They sent me some tests, which Labcorp sent and Radilogist sent to his office, and it is now November 8th and they have not called me after leaving several text messages to find out the results of the tests.
I really liked this doctors office. They listen to what youre telling them and dont just send you on your way. They are also easy to talk to. I had tried a rheumatologist before coming here and the doctor walked into the room and said "so what do you want me to do for you" seriously? How about your job! This doctors office is a nice, clean office. I didn't wait for ny visit, was seen on time. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone I know
Front desk is unprofessional. On many occasions I have shown up for an appointment and when I get there am told I dont have one when my appointments are made for my next appointment at the end of each one. It's very annoying. I've been going to this practice for many years and once Dr. Adenwalla left it's not been good. I never see the doctor, only the PA. Why practice medicine if your patient never sees you? I must say Manjula the PA does take good care of me. She is very kind and listens to my needs. Keep up the good work!
