Could not refill my medication after 4 phone calls. Sent to the wrong pharmacy. Would not give me the number of office manager after asking several times. I went without medication for 4 weeks because of office management.
I was sent to a rheumatologist after having abnormal inflammatory markers during covid. I immediately was diagnosed with a rheumatological condition on telemed. Not knowing much about AI conditions, I began taking the medications. After some time I began questioning the diagnosis and talked to my PCP who says he has seen this practice over diagnose psoriatic arthritis and I should seek another opinion.
