Excellent practice, both Dr Gandhi and office staff. Listens to my needs and issues and works to find the right treatment.
The medical staff is aces. Super patient and willing to listen. We all know that’s a special thing to find.
I started seeing Kaitlin about 10 months ago after not being that happy with my previous Rheumatologist; in those 10 months Kaitlin has been proactive and has done more testing and whatever else was/is necessary to help give me answers and relief than I’ve received in the previous 10 years I’ve been seeing a Rheumatologist. Kaitlin is extremely knowledgeable and has a great “bedside manner”. She explains everything completely and not in a condescending manner, you know, like a real person.
I’ve seen many rheumatologists over the years, and most left me feeling dismissed and unheard. This experience was completely different. Dr. Melissa Saunders is absolutely amazing — kind, patient, and incredibly thorough. She takes her time, listens carefully, and explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand. Her bedside manner is outstanding, and she truly makes you feel cared for. I finally feel like I’m in the right hands. I highly recommend her and the entire team at this office.
