5 stars !!!!! Rheumatology Associates of Clermont review: Office environment: Warm and welcoming. The nurses are quick to get you processed to be seen by a doctor. Doctor visit review: I travel more than 3 hours from South Florida to continue treatment with Dr. Shelley Singh in Clermont. Dr. Singh, has been treating me for MCTD , more than 6 years for a rare combination of autoimmune conditions including Rheumatoid Arthritis , Lupus , myositis , and scleroderma. Doctor Singh and the staff were wonderful, welcoming and had everthing in order for our visit. We had an appointment for 9am, but I wrote it down as 10am. They called me to make sure I was okay when we were 35 minutes past time to be there, and then squeezed us in anyway when we arrived at 10pm, an hour late, never once complaining about our tardiness of 1 hour. I had an appointment today and was left sitting in the exam room for over an hour. No updates, no apology, no doctor. Just silence. If you can’t respect patients’ time, you shouldn’t be booking appointments you clearly can’t keep. I finally walked out. This kind of disorganization and disregard for patients is inexcusable — especially in a medical setting where people are coming for help, not to be ignored.
The doctor and staff and very caring and helpful! They have the best attitude and they actually listen to the patients!
