Took me 3 months to get an appointment, he sent me for xrays. Had the xrays done waited 2 almost 3 weeks for the results. Never called me so I called them and was told we no longer accept your insurance and you have arthritis in various areas one of which is my back lower and upper, you should see a pain management specialist. Then they hung up.

Excellent caring doctor. Love him and his staff. The first of many doctors I have seen and he was the only one who finally helped me find what was wrong!!!!

I do believe Dr Hussain is a very qualified doctor, however, the inability of the staff to not even know where files are is damaging to his Quality of Service. When people who see this type of specialist it is more often then not a disability/Social Security form or any type of form will need to be completed and unfortunately in this office it's like splitting a hair! The person who does fill out forms works after the office closes and does not answer calls so emails from the staff to explain things is the only avenue to spe... read more

Well it took a while to get an appointment then I sat in the waiting room for 2 hours for the doctor to see me for 5 min. He order a lot of blood work and never called me back. I got the blood work and called his office many times and left messages with no return calls. I finally got someone to answer the phone and they said if there is a problem he will call. I told her im looking at the blood work and there is a problem please have him call me. Here we are months later with no return call. Now my primary care doctor calls ... read more
