My wife had her initial appointment with Dr. Rennie to discuss her symptoms that have been progressively getting worse over the last few months. Dr. Rennie dismissed all of her concerns saying her fatigue was from too much screen time, her joint pain from an early arthritis despite imaging coming back negative, and abnormal labs that he dismissed as a "false positive" TWICE. I am leaving a 1 star for the billing department. I have been turned over to a collections department for a bill that my insurance company claim they never received. 3 YEARS later, there is no recourse because insurance claims are not accepted 3 years after the fact. no record of a claim request from the billing department, the billing department claims they submitted the claim but the insurance company claims they never received it. smells suspicious. consumer beware, make sure the billing department is doing their job.

I cannot express how much Doctor Ayala and PA Stella have changed my life. They listen to my concerns, always take in consideration what's going on physically and mentally, and overall just care about their patients. They staff are friendly, quick wait times, and the doctor takes her time to listen to you. I've never felt rushed or fat shamed (those who are chubby know how doctors love to blame everything on your weight). Thank you to my team of doctors. ♡
