The office staff is very helpful and kind. All of the doctors at this facility are great!!!
When I had my initial visit, I was told that my appointment was 11:15. When I got there everyone was complaining that they had been waiting for over an hour and they seemed to have to do that every time. When I inquired about that, they told me my appointment was actually 11:45. They said they tell you earlier for any paperwork. I'm grateful to Dr. Caitlin Crasf. I was blessed with a doctor who listened to my concerns, investigated, and cared for me through the whole process. You gave me peace of mind that does not come in a bottle. The office team from the front desk to nurses and all others involved.
