Very hard to get hold of someone! Even just to schedule an appointment you have to leave messages and no one returns the call.
The billing dept is the worst ever! I was hung up on and the girl had an attitude with me when I asked for a statement showing my balance and I was told “go get an EOB from your insurance” and I told her to please send me on, I shouldn’t have to get one from my insurance when they show a balance due them. A manager really needs to look into this person and take corrective action. I guess she was so pissed, I got sent a very old statement that’s been paid off for many months. Doctors were alright. I won’t be back
Dr. Pickrell was amazing and very personable great bedside manner and he took the time to really listen and understand his patients.
