One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a doctor. I will never go back and would warn anyone to seriously reconsider any other available provider before using this office. All of the experiences with the office were unpleasant. Overall I felt dismissed by the doctor, and all of my interactions with the staff felt as if I were wasting their time and I was an inconvenience. As a patient that is part of a sharing reimbursement program, this clinic would not even let me make an appointment because they do not accept “cash” patients. The excuse is that it would cause their patients to “go in debt”. This is a very poor excuse and as a healthcare provider myself, I would like to implore the medical director to re-evaluate this policy. There are many patients that are part of Christian sharing organizations that reimburse at 100% and truly care about each person.
I wasn’t taken seriously at all as was almost immediately brushed off after driving 2 hours just to be seen for an appointment here.
Very hard to get hold of someone! Even just to schedule an appointment you have to leave messages and no one returns the call.
