Dr. Pickrell was amazing and very personable great bedside manner and he took the time to really listen and understand his patients.
I was dismissed immediately when I told her my primary tried to help my flare-up with a medication. They also took a private blood test to get autoimmune markers. That was 7 months ago, and I don't have the test results still!!!! These specific results are not in my portal. They have told me 3 times they have mailed them to me, but I have never received them!! As you can see, this was done in December and the results are not in the portal. I live 2 hours away so I can't just swing by.
Never saw an actual Physician only the NP....SHE DOES NOT LISTEN to the patient. When I told her I didn't feel listened to she stated "You are just angry you didn't get your way". Yes, imagine my sass at asking for a cortisone shot for my shoulder joint .... she is rude and dismissive. She also put statements in my chart that WERE NOT FACTUAL. I am currently trying to get them removed so if you had problems with this clinic please check your medical records, it is possible you have the cover your butt lies in your chart as w... read more
