Great doctors and overall nice staff, but I sometimes find it difficult to get in communication with someone when I need them (perhaps because they do get quite busy). When I call the office, I frequently run into the message saying that it is lunch hours, or that reception is not available, though it is during normal business hours. Perhaps they just need more help?
The staff was wonderful - everyone was helpful and friendly! Dr. Kimel was the BOMB! He reviewed my history, listened to my concerns and made a plan to help me move forward!
