EDIT: Dear Dr. Blumstein, this has been an ongoing issue for a very long time at your office. I suggest you take a day off and observe how your office runs and then you will see and listen for yourself the gap in communication. The front and back ends have NO COMMUNICATION and the desk personnel have admitted this several times. No one internally has brough this up to you obviously because they like their jobs. My initial experience with Dr. Torres and the Smithtown office was excellent. I was taken on time and was treated professionally by his staff. Dr Torres took his time with me and was very thorough in determining a diagnosis. He followed up by phone as he said he would with my results. Couldn't be happier.
