I am rating 3 stars. If I could just rate Dr. Kristin MacDougall it would be a 5. She took her time with my 1st appt, asked lots of questions and actually listened. The rest of the office leaves a bit much to be desired. I got a call Wed saying my lab results were in. I called back Wed (10 minutes later), left a message (with all the details they request, name, DOB, phone #.) I also did that on Thursday, Friday and the now again today Monday. I have even called and left messages with other depts asking them to have the lab c... read more
Empathy and compassion, attention to detail, respect for my concerns, strong medical knowledge, professionalism and a good listener are just some of the words I would use to describe Dr Blumstein. I recommend him without reservation. Angelo was excellent as well.
EDIT: Dear Dr. Blumstein, this has been an ongoing issue for a very long time at your office. I suggest you take a day off and observe how your office runs and then you will see and listen for yourself the gap in communication. The front and back ends have NO COMMUNICATION and the desk personnel have admitted this several times. No one internally has brough this up to you obviously because they like their jobs.
