I had an awful experience. Not only did they not contact me ahead of appointment regarding medications I needed to stop before my infusion. The day of came and I wrote my clinical question on the paperwork, the paper work they made me do in office as I did my pre paperwork online in advance. And they never responded to it until I went back. I heard the two women in the back talking about me and how I had a medication question the same day as the appointment and they mocked me. I did not appreciate them talking about me. The ... read more

The nurse in charge of appointment was not friendly at all. She is very cold.
