I had an awful experience. Not only did they not contact me ahead of appointment regarding medications I needed to stop before my infusion. The day of came and I wrote my clinical question on the paperwork, the paper work they made me do in office as I did my pre paperwork online in advance. And they never responded to it until I went back. I heard the two women in the back talking about me and how I had a medication question the same day as the appointment and they mocked me. The nurse in charge of appointment was not friendly at all. She is very cold.
I had the best experience I've ever had with a medical professional in my life! I felt like Catherine Campbell, reviewed my history and offered great advice, listened to my current situation and let me know how to move forward. I felt heard and cared for and not rushed at all. What a gift when trying to resolve health issues. Thank you!!
