What’s really unfortunate is I can’t give a review of the doctor because I’ve been so put off by the scheduler. My referral was sent weeks ago, my doctor assured me this was the place I needed to go. I followed up and confirmed that the referral had been received but was told they would not schedule me until they “processed” my referral. I was given a strong recommendation for Dr. Clayton. When I called for an appointment, I was told I needed a referral, even though my insurance did not require it. But I got in touch with my primary doctor and got the necessary referral and sent it to their office. Soon thereafter I was able to make an appointment. When I arrived. Dr. Elizabeth Clayton is nothing short of giving quality healthcare at its best! She is always upbeat, pleasant and has a wonderful way about her, explaining each situation and plan of treatment in layman's terms.
